Warranty

We stand behind every repair and every tire we install. Here's what's covered, how long it lasts, and how to make a claim.

Workmanship Warranty

All repairs performed at Fox Track are backed by a 24-month / 24,000-mile parts and labor warranty, whichever comes first. If a covered repair fails within that window, we'll make it right at no additional cost.

  • Covers parts and labor on eligible repairs
  • Valid nationwide at participating repair shops
  • Applies to normal use; excludes damage from accidents, misuse, or lack of maintenance

What's Covered

Our workmanship warranty applies to the vast majority of services we perform, including:

  • Brake repairs and replacements
  • Suspension and steering work
  • Wheel alignments
  • Engine and transmission repairs
  • Electrical and diagnostic work
  • Cooling system and heating/AC repairs

How to File a Claim

If you experience an issue with a covered repair, bring your vehicle back to us along with your original invoice. We'll diagnose the concern at no charge and, if it falls under warranty, complete the correction free of charge for parts and labor.

What's Not Covered

  • Wear items replaced on their normal service schedule, such as wiper blades, bulbs, and fluids
  • Damage caused by an unrelated failure, collision, or a part not serviced by us
  • Vehicles that have been serviced or modified by another shop after our repair

Not sure if your repair is covered? Give us a call or stop in, we're happy to check your service history and explain your coverage.

Tire Warranty

Tires purchased and installed with us carry the full manufacturer warranty, plus our own workmanship guarantee on the installation itself. We'll help you file any manufacturer claim and handle road hazard coverage where applicable.

  • Manufacturer defect and tread wear coverage
  • Free re-balancing and rotation for the life of the tire when serviced with us
  • Bring your receipt and vehicle in for any warranty inspection

How to File a Claim

Bring your vehicle and original invoice to any of our locations. Our team will inspect the issue, confirm coverage, and take care of the repair or replacement on the spot whenever possible. No paperwork headaches, no runaround.

What's Not Covered

  • Damage from accidents, potholes, curb strikes, or road debris (ask us about separate road hazard protection)
  • Normal tread wear and aging
  • Tires installed or repaired by another shop
  • Damage caused by improper inflation, overloading, or racing use
